THE TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CASE

  1. In application of the provisions of art. 6 of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (published in the Official Gazette of the Kingdom of Spain on December 6), the data provided by applicants will be included in an automated file owned by Law Office.
  2. The purpose of the file is exclusively the management of the case: access to documents, their monitoring and control, as well as the possibility to contact you in order to transmit any type of communication necessary and useful for the solution of the case for the sole purpose of the correct performance of the professional activity.
  3. You are informed that, at any time, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification and cancellation, by expressly contacting the Law Firm, at the following email: info@abogadauzuna.com
  4. The documentation of applicants who – after submitting their consent to the processing of their data – do not become Clients of the Law Office, will be destroyed on the same day.
  5. The documentation of the Clients who decide to terminate the Collaboration will be destroyed on the day when the express and legal notice of termination of the contractual relationship between the two Parties reaches its deadline.
  6. In any case, once the Client-Lawyer professional relationship has ended, all submitted documentation will be destroyed.
